How We Used AI to Analyze Shopify Sales and Build High-Converting Product Bundles

Step 1: Import and Analyze Customer-Level Sales Data

Our first move was to import seven CSV exports from Shopify, each corresponding to a single product’s purchase history:

This allowed us to build a foundational understanding of who was buying what and how often—without manually sifting through thousands of rows.

Step 2: Define Product-Level Customer Avatars

Next, we used AI to cluster and synthesize data into distinct customer personas for each product. These customer avatars combined demographic, psychographic, and emotional data to paint a full picture:

Drivers: Resilience, healing, long-term vitality

Psychographics: Protocol follower, health-focused, balanced gender split

Drivers: Detox, energy, commitment to change

Muscle Matrix Buyer

Kre-Alkalyn Buyer

Express Weight Loss Buyer

Mixed-Product Buyer

Psychographics: Advanced user, stacker, possible influencer

Drivers: Optimization, high-performance, routine layering

Each avatar was mapped with precision to support future brand storytelling and emotional marketing strategies.

Step 3: Group Product Avatars Into Three Master Avatars

To eliminate ad account clutter and reduce messaging overlap, we used AI insights to cluster the seven avatars into three larger brand-aligned customer types:

1. The High-Performance Human

  • Products: Muscle Matrix, Kre-Alkalyn, Pro Healix (optional: BPC-157)

  • Audience: Biohackers, gym enthusiasts, performance-driven buyers

  • Message: “Peak performance, recovery, and results”

2. The Wellness Warrior

  • Products: GUT FiX, Express Weight Loss, Pro Healix (optional: detox)

  • Audience: Women 30–60, wellness-conscious, committed to transformation

  • Message: “Total reset from the inside out”

3. The Comeback Client

  • Products: BPC-157, Pro Healix, Kre-Alkalyn or Muscle Matrix (optional: GUT FiX)

  • Audience: Men and women 40+, recovering from injury or burnout

  • Message: “Restore strength, mobility, and energy for life”

These bundles were designed to align with clear emotional outcomes and reduce the friction of choice for new customers.

Step 4: Build a Campaign Consolidation Strategy

Rather than running a fragmented ad account with dozens of individual product ads, we consolidated campaigns around our three master avatars:

• Single creative funnel per customer segment
